Kendon ~ Manager

Kendon hails the mean suburbs of Salt Lake City, Utah and has spent the last 7 years pursuing a self-taught PhD in craft beer. It all started with delicious wheat beers from Uinta Brewing and Squatter’s Brewing Co. in Salt Lake City.

Having lived in LA, Phoenix and Honolulu, Kendon has left the sun and hopped across the pond, most importantly to be with his wife, but also partake in the growing UK Craft Beer community and helping to spread it’s warmth across Old Blighty.

When Kendon is not writing, drinking or talking about beer he can be found running around town and (hopefully soon) hitting it hard at the gym. In other spare time he can be found pursuing passions in travel, music production, guitar and the art of home brewing.

Marianne

Growing up in Nottingham, Maz started to develop a taste for great beer at a young age (about 16, there really isn't much to do in Nottingham).

While studying for her degree in drama with creative writing at the University of The West of England (UWE), she subsidized her swiftly dwindling student loan by working at the Severn Stars - CAMRA pub of the year 2010 and 2011, where she developed a passion for Real Ale.

Since working in the new and improved Mow, she now greatly enjoys discovering new Craft Keg and Bottles from around the world.

Maz's hobbies include amateur dramatics, playwriting, playing guitar and making homemade liqueurs.

Jimmy

When not working hard on his banter technique at The Barley Mow, Jimmy can be found DJing and performing music around Bristol under his aliases Jimmy The Fingers and Mr. Music.

Beerwise, his favourite tipple is a Belgian Saison.

Kasha

After finishing her degree, Kasha explored various areas of the country working in bars and cafes before finally settling in Bristol. It was here that she became a member of the Mow team and developed a passion for craft beers and fine wine.

Kasha has a background in art and is currently illustrating a children's book in her spare time.
