Andy has been with the Mow since refurbishment started in Spring 2008, taking over from the previous manager Andy Bridges in summer 2009. Away from the Mow, Andy also runs local art collective Squeaky Hill.

Lee has a long history in the catering industry. He is also a devoted family man to his six year old son Cam. Always game for a laugh Lee can be heard for miles when singing Neyo in the kitchen

Superstar Dj of the Barley Mow, Jimmy the Fingers has become a locals favourite throguh his sharp tongue and Jimmyisms. Hailing from Cider country and a long stint in Brighton, Jimmy and Family are now settled into Bristol

Artistic and over excitable, Char is an illustrator by trade sprucing up the Mow with her sign writing. Char has travelled the world and is well liked due to her infectious zest for life.
